Mindfulness can be useful for many things in our everyday work lives. The tips you'll learn on these 45-minute sessions can help you with everything from coping with a really hectic day and preparing for a presentation you may be worried about, to just setting yourself up for the week ahead.
Suggestions to get the best from this session:

Make sure you are in a quiet and comfortable space where you won’t be disturbed

Close the door and ideally leave your mobile phone on silent for the duration of the session

If you are using your phone to access the session ensure that the notifications are turned off so you won’t be distracted

Sit in an upright but comfy chair. Use a cushion to support your back if necessary.
