Every Friday during October at 2pm UK / 9am EDT, we’ll be running mindfulness sessions to help you de-stress and refocus. Mindfulness can be useful for many things in our everyday work lives. The tips you'll learn on these 45-minute sessions can help you with everything from coping with a really hectic day and preparing for a presentation you may be worried about, to just setting yourself up for the week ahead. 

Suggestions to get the best from this session:
 

  • Make sure you are in a quiet and comfortable space where you won’t be disturbed

  • Close the door and ideally leave your mobile phone on silent for the duration of the session

  • If you are using your phone to access the session ensure that the notifications are turned off so you won’t be distracted

  • Sit in an upright but comfy chair. Use a cushion to support your back if necessary.
